问题	一般建筑工程分包要求是什么
释义	（一）可以将承包工程中的部分工程进行分包，但实行施工总承包的，建筑工程主体结构的施工必须由总承包单位自行完成；（二）分包单位应当具有相应的资质条件；（三）除总承包合同约定的分包外，其他分包须经建设单位认可；（四）禁止分包单位将其承包的工程再分包。凡违反上述条件之一的，应定为违法分包。也就是说，一般建筑工程如果不符合上列要求的话，就是违法分包。法律依据《中华人民共和国建筑法》第十九条、第二十二条、第二十四条
