释义	法律分析：婚姻被宣告无效，当事人不能就此上诉，直系血亲和三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚，即使结婚了也属于无效婚姻。人民法院审理宣告婚姻无效案件，对婚姻效力的审理不适用调解，应当依法作出判决，有关婚姻效力的判决一经作出即生效，当事人对此不得上诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效： (一)重婚； (二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系； (三)未到法定婚龄。
