放弃房产继承权公证收费标准 -遗产继承

法律分析：
依据住房评估价格缴纳2%公证费。直系亲属继承是免除继承过户税费的，只有几百元手续费。到户籍所在地的公证处去办理“放弃继承权书面声明”，不用返回原籍。
法律依据：
《国家发展计划委员会、司法部关于调整公证服务收费标准的通知》 第七条规定 对证明民事协议、证明收养关系、证明有法律意义的事实和证明有法律意义的文书的公证服务收费，各省、自治区、直辖市物价部门可根据本地区实际情况，在规定的收费幅度内确定本地区实施的具体收费标准，并报国家计委备案。
