释义	不是的。只要是你的真实意思表示，签名就有效。公证不是必经程序，不公证仍然具有法律效力，但是经过公证和律师认证的遗嘱效力较高。公证遗嘱要变更撤消的，必须以公证形式。如果你不想公证，那么需要有两名以上无相互利害关系的人证明，但需注意遗嘱内容要合法，比如不要将家庭共有财产处理在内。但是如果你对遗嘱的形式内容要求不是很了解，经过公证的话比较保险和完备。
