营业执照电子版水印加什么字 |

法律分析：一般来说，我们提供给行政机关都是做内部核验用，所以基本上不会出现被出卖信息的情况。但是用在一些个别私人公司或单位就不太好说了，所以我们在提供给某单位的时候，可以将电子版营业执照上打上“此证件仅供办理某某使用，其它用途无效”这样的字样，然后将水印文字倾斜打印，密集重复铺满证件就可以。水印的字迹颜色不需要太深，浅灰色最好，以不挡住证件本身的原字内容为准。这样既可以清晰的看清证件内容，还不会被盗用在其它用途。
法律依据：1、《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》 第三十条 和《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例施行细则》 第六十三条 的有关规定，对企业和经营单位未经核准登记擅自开业从事经营活动的，责令终止经营活动，没收非法所得。
处以非法所得额3倍以下的罚款，没有非法所得的，处以1万元以下罚款。
2、《中华人民共和国合伙企业登记管理办法》 第二十六条 未经企业登记机关依法核准登记并领取营业执照，以合伙企业名义从事经营活动的，由企业登记机关责令停止经营活动，可以处以5000元以下罚款。如以合伙企业名义从事经营活动的，则适用本条例。
3、《个人独资企业登记管理办法》 第三十五条 未经登记机关依法核准登记并领取营业执照，以个人独资名义从事经营活动的，由登记机关责令停止经营活动，处以3000元以下罚款。
