疫情期间开庭家属可以旁听吗？

公开审理的案件，公民是可以旁听的，家属当然可以旁听；但涉及隐私的案件，除非家属以代理人的身份可以进入法庭外，是不允许旁听的。下列人员不得旁听：未成年人（经法院批准的除外）；精神病人和醉酒的人；其他不宜旁听的人。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第一百四十九条 人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月；还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
