带薪休假算不算全勤?

员工休年假算是全勤,年休假和法定假日的假期是一样的,休年假期间用人单位应当按照正常出勤支付工资标准,不应当扣全勤。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第四十五条 国家实行带薪年休假制度。 劳动者连续工作一年以上的,享受带薪年休假。具体办法由国务院规定。
