释义	当失踪人复出或者有人确知其下落时，经本人和利害关系人申请，由法院撤销对他的失踪宣告。失踪宣告一经撤销，代管人的代管权终止，财产代管人应交还代管财产并汇报管理情况，提交收支账目。【法律依据】《民法典》第四十五条，失踪人重新出现，经本人或者利害关系人申请，人民法院应当撤销失踪宣告。失踪人重新出现，有权请求财产代管人及时移交有关财产并报告财产代管情况。
