释义	法律分析：嫖娼，是指二人及二人以上,以金钱、财物为媒介，发生不正当性关系的行为。即非法的性交易，建立于金钱交易上的性关系。嫖娼在我国受到法律的禁止，卖淫、嫖娼属于违法行为，卖淫嫖娼更容易传染性病，梅毒，乙肝，艾滋病，等各种疾病。法律依据：《治安管理处罚法》第六十六条：卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
