行纪协议是双务协议吗

是。行纪合同是行纪人以自己的名义为委托人从事贸易活动，委托人支付报酬的合同。其主体的限定性、合同的标的的特定性，以及在行纪合同中行纪人以自己的名义为委托人的利益办理事务，决定了行纪合同的双方当事人互负权利义务，是为双务合同。

《中华人民共和国民法典》
第九百五十一条 行纪合同是行纪人以自己的名义为委托人从事贸易活动，委托人支付报酬的合同。
第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。
依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
