释义	法律分析：属下列情形之一的，教育机构必须按规定退费：（四）举家搬迁或调往外地工作的（凭家长单位或街道居委会出证明）；属以上情形交完学费才几天,收到公司的工作外迁通知,学校(辅导自学)还未正式开学：（一）开课前申请退费的，退回收取的全部学费、住宿费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国非学历教育机构设置和管理办法》第二十二条学员自行要求退学的，培训总课时进行到一半以内时(含一半)，不退报名费、教材资料费，退还一半培训费、住宿费。超过一半的，不退费。
