释义	当事人对离婚反悔的，即又不同意离婚，要求恢复婚姻的，根据规定这种情况法院不受理，要求当事人到原办理离婚登记的机关解决。因为离婚证对男女双方发生法律效力，当事人要求恢复婚姻的，要按照登记程序办理。一方反悔的，应到原婚姻登记机关申请解决。婚姻登记机关没有发现，受欺诈或胁迫等情形的应驳回当事人的请求。即这种情况不能反悔的，因为离婚已经发生法律效力。根据相关法律规定，离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。法律依据《民法典》第一千零八十三条
