释义	法律分析：立案审查是我国曾经执行过的一项立案制度，案件在法院收到起诉材料后7日内作出的是否立案的审查，符合条件的予以立案，不符合条件的裁定不予受理。自2015年5月1日起，根据新的民事诉讼法的规定，立案审查制改为立案登记制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百一十二条人民法院收到起诉状或者口头起诉，经审查，认为符合起诉条件的，应当在七日内立案，并通知当事人为不符合起诉条件的，应当在七日内裁定不予受理:原告对裁定不服的，可以提起上诉。
