释义	法律分析: 借款人对此债务仍负有偿还义务，应向贷款人此项债权的继承人继续履行还款义务。继承正在发生中，借款到期，无法确定受领人，借款人应将该笔还款予以提存，待继承完成后该债权继受权利人予以领取。在借款合同到期之前，贷款人死亡的，借款人履行还款义务的责任并不因贷款人死亡而消灭。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十九条分割遗产，应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务;但是，应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
