释义	订立遗嘱的生效条件:(一)遗嘱人必须要有完全民事行为能力。(二)遗嘱人所立的遗嘱必须是其真实意思表示。(三)遗嘱人对遗嘱所处分的财产必须是有处分权的。(四)遗嘱的内容必须合法。(五)遗嘱的形式必须合法。(六)遗嘱应当对缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产份额。法条根据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
