释义	如果养殖场是在非法在基本农田上兴建的，属于非法建设，相关行政机关帆锋可以责令限期拆除养殖场，并且恢复土地耕种，如果非法逾期不自行拆除的，可以强制拆除。法律依据：《基本农田保护条例》第三十条有下列行为之一的，依照《中华人民共和国土地管理法》和《中华人民共和国土地管理法实施条例》的有关文例物轿橡，从重给予处罚：(一)未经批准或者采取欺骗手段骗取批准，非法占用基本农田的;(二)超过批罩旁准数量，非法占用基本农田的;(三)非法批准占用基本农田的;(四)买卖或者以其他形式非法转让基本农田的。
