释义	法律分析: 借条可以一式两份，只要当事人协商一致即可，当事人签订借条的时候除了要注意字迹清淅，纸张完整外，其中一定要说明借款原因，借款人与出借人的姓名，借款的金额、币种，借款的利率等内容。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
