释义	2016年7月5日，司法部通知废止了之前1991年实施的《司法部、建设部关于房产登记管理中加强公证的联合通知》。该1991年的通知中，继承房产需要公证。但在2016年7月5日之后，在司法部下发了废止上述通知以后，继承房产当中的公证程序已经不是必需的一个程序和条件了。因此，现有的情形下面，根据现在的法律规定，继承的房屋办理过户不再需要办理公证。
