释义	法律分析：委托他人代签合同，是可以的。代替别人签合同，应当有授权委托书，否则代签合同就不能生效。委托形式有口头委托和书面委托。从法律意义上来讲，口头委托他人代签合同，这种情况是有法律效力的。只要合同的对方当事人认可，就没有问题。如果合同的对方当事人不认可，就要涉及到如何证明委托权限的问题，因而容易产生不必要的纠纷。通常情况下，授权委托应当采取书面的形式，这样更加方便。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十九条委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
