释义	当事人拒绝签收调解书的调解书能否生效根据最高人民法院有关解释第一百五十一条规章：根据民事诉讼法第九十八条第一款第四项规章，当事人各方同意在调解协议上签名或者盖章后立即发生法律效力的，经人民法院审查确认后，应当记入笔录或者将调解协议附卷，并由当事人、审判人员、书记员签名或者盖章后即具有法律效力。当事人拒收调解书的，不影响调解协议的效力。
