卖小吃要办营业执照吗 |
| 释义 |
卖小吃需要办理《餐饮服务许可证》、《卫生许可证》、《食品流通许可证》等类型的营业执照。办理食品营业执照，具体如下：
1、确定公司类型、名字、注册资本、股东及出资比例后，可以去工商局现场或线上提交核名申请；
2、核名通过后，确认地址信息、高管信息、经营范围，在线提交预申请。在线预审通过之后，按照预约时间去工商局递交申请材料；
3、携带准予设立登记通知书、办理人身份证原件，到工商局领取营业执照正、副本。
开小吃店所需办理的证件和资料：
一、办理三证：
1、卫生经营许可证。
2、工商营业执照。
3、税务登记证。
二、办三证需要准备的资料：
1、身份证复印件4份(若非本地人还需提供暂住证复印件4份)。
2、半寸标准彩色近照8张。
3、工商执照申请书1份。
4、租房协议复印件2份。
三、办理三证的先后顺序：
1、持准备好的资料到开店所属的食品卫生管理部门申请办理卫生经营许可证。
2、持卫生许可证后再持证和资料到工商部门申办工商营业执照。
3、持工商执照后再到税务部门办理税务登记。
填写经营项目时只需填写：
小吃、饮品即可。
经营方式：
零售。

第六条
国家食品药品监督管理总局负责监督指导全国食品经营许可管理工作。
县级以上地方食品药品监督管理部门负责本行政区域内的食品经营许可管理工作。
省、自治区、直辖市食品药品监督管理部门可以根据食品类别和食品安全风险状况，确定市、县级食品药品监督管理部门的食品经营许可管理权限。
