释义	我国现行法律对形成抚养关系的继父母与继子女关系解除没有明文规定。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用民法典关于父母子女关系的规定。因此双方不能因生父/母死亡或者离婚自然解除，解除继子女抚养关系可以参照适用民法典关于养父母与成年养子女解除收养关系的规定。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十二条继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
