公司法人可以由几个人担任？
释义
在我国公司这个企业法人的法定代表人只能由一个自然人担任，法定代表人以法人名义从事的民事活动，其法律后果由法人承受。法定代表人指依法律或法人章程规定代表法人行使民嘱立职权的负责人。
