释义	房屋产权到期以后不会因为土地使用权到期就无偿收回住宅房，也不会通过国土资源部门向住宅房的使用人再次收取土地出让金。房屋产权70年到期后国家不会收回，使用期间届满的自动续期。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百五十九条住宅建设用地使用权限期间届满的，自动续期。非住宅建设用地使用权期间届满后的续期，依照法律规定办理。该土地上的房屋及其他不动产的归属，有约定的，按照约定；没有约定或者约定不明确的，依照法律、行政法规的规定办理。
