释义	办理转院手续流程如下：住院三天前需要对住院就医情况进行登记备案，由管床医师提出，经主治医师或科主任同意，由副主任医师签署意见、医院办公室加盖公章后，方可转院。同时要做好费用清算。《医疗事故处理条例》第五条医疗机构及其医务人员在医疗活动中，必须严格遵守医疗卫生管理法律、行政法规、部门规章和诊疗护理规范、常规，恪守医疗服务职业道德。第十一条在医疗活动中，医疗机构及其医务人员应当将患者的病情、医疗措施、医疗风险等如实告知患者，及时解答其咨询；但是，应当避免对患者产生不利后果。
