释义	法律分析：计算月工资的天数应当减去休息和休假的天数，按月平均工作天数来计算。公司规定月休息4天，按26天计算工资，认为应该按30天计算工资。也就是说工作26天是比例分配为30天的。并不是一个月按照26天计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
