借条写今借可以吗

法律分析：借条可以写今借，但为了避免不必要的麻烦最好写今借到。借条写今借的，“今借”从字面上理解，仅仅表明借款人与出借人之间达成借款的合意，尚不能反映出借人已经将借款交付给借款人。而“今借到”则表明双方之间既存在着借款合同关系，也表明出借人已经将借款交付给了借款人，一般情况下可以作为出借人已经履行交付借款义务的证据。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
