释义	律师解答：遗嘱公证不能异地办理，遗嘱公证只能在居住地或遗嘱行为发生地办理，非居住地或遗嘱行为发生地公证行为无效。但要是其居住地或遗嘱行为发生地属于异地，公证行为是有效的。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国公证法》第二十五条自然人、法人或者其他组织申请办理公证，可以向住所地、经常居住地、行为地或者事实发生地的公证机构提出。申请办理涉及不动产的公证，应当向不动产所在地的公证机构提出;申请办理涉及不动产的委托、声明、赠与、遗嘱的公证，可以适用前款规定。
