释义	法律分析：员工正常离职的程序包括以下两种方式：向用人单位提出辞职，用人单位批准的，直接按规定办理离职手续；向用人单位提出辞职，用人单位不批准的，试用期内三天后，试用期后三十天后，员工可以自行离职。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
