释义	赡养费我国法律并没有规定要满多少岁，一般是父母健在，子女就应当支付赡养费。父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。《老年人权益保障法》第十九条，赡养人不得以放弃继承权或者其他理由，拒绝履行赡养义务。赡养人不履行赡养义务，老年人有要求，赡养人付给赡养费等权利。赡养人不得要求老年人承担，力不能及的劳动。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第十九条。
