释义	法律分析：冻结48小时一般都属于紧急止付，如果公安机关排查后银行卡被解除嫌疑则48小时后会自动解冻，如果排查完发现有涉案嫌疑则会继续冻结，再次被冻结的周期一般就是半年，半年之后警方还可以申请续冻，而且法律上对续冻次数没有做出限制。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百三十六冻结存款、汇款等财产的期限为六个月。冻结债券、股票、基金份额等证券的期限为二年。有特殊原因需要延长期限的，公安机关应当在冻结期限届满前办理继续冻结手续。
