释义	法律分析: 中外合资企业适用破产法。中外合资企业是指部分由外国投资者投资，依照中国法律在中国境内经登记注册设立的企业。中外合资企业不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务的，可以依照企业破产法规定清理债务。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国企业破产法》》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定清理债务。企业法人有前款规定情形，或者有明显丧失清偿能力可能的，可以依照本法规定进行重整。
