释义	法院判缓刑一般不会通知家属。根据法律规定，人民法院在判决后，会将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院，也会同时送达辩护人、诉讼代理人，并没有规定判决书要送达当事人的家属。《刑事诉讼法》第二百零二条宣告判决，一律公开进行。当庭宣告判决的，应当在五日以内将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院；定期宣告判决的，应当在宣告后立即将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院。判决书应当同时送达辩护人、诉讼代理人。
