释义	法律分析: 租赁期间届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但租赁期限为不定期。合同期满后，如果租户继续使用租赁房屋，房东没提出异议，原房屋租赁合同继续有效，双方依据原合同内容来行使权利、履行义务，但是租赁期限改为不定期。房屋承租人还想续租并且与房东达成一致的话，可以签订续租合同。法律依据: 《城市房屋租赁管理办法》第十条房屋租赁期限届满，租赁合同终止。承租人需要继续租用的，应当在租赁期限届满前3个月提出，并经出租人同意，重新签定租赁合同。
