问题	过继的儿子是否享有继承权？
释义	对于传统的“过继”行为，能否形成收养关系是是否享有继承权的直接依据。如果过继的儿子在过继后仍然与亲生父母生活，其过继行为只是为了延续香火或者在过继父母时以儿子身份送葬的，过继的双方不能享有继承权。但是，如果过继后，过继子随继父母共同生活，并与生父母之间脱离了父母子女关系的，视为事实上的收养，双方具有相互继承的权利。
