中介人走不结清工资怎么办

法律分析：中介公司不发工资的话可以和公司的负责人协商解决，也可以到劳动监察大队投诉，申请劳动仲裁，对仲裁结果不满意的可以在拿到仲裁书以后的15天之内到法院起诉。这些都是我们跟中介公司索要工资的合理渠道，公司不发工资的这种行为虽然是违法的，但劳动者不能通过其他违规操作的方法要工资。
法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》 第七条 工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
