释义	法律分析：聚众淫乱罪是指，行为人实施公然藐视国家法纪和社会公德，聚集男女多人集体进行淫乱的行为。触犯聚众淫乱罪的犯罪分子，犯罪情节较轻的，对于首要分子或者多次参加的次要分子，法院会对其判处五年以下的有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。如果犯罪分子引诱未成年人参加聚众淫乱活动的，那么可以依据前款的规定进行从重处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零一条聚众进行淫乱活动的，对首要分子或者多次参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。引诱未成年人参加聚众淫乱活动的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。
