释义	下逮捕通知书后并不是一定会判刑。只要符合法定的判刑的条件才会判处刑罚。逮捕是检察院批准或决定，法院决定，公安机关执行的，对犯有证据证明有犯罪事实，可能判处徒刑以上刑罚的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在一定时间内完全剥夺人身自由的强制措施。【法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第九十三条公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
