| 释义 |
辅警作为警务辅助人员，为解决公安机关警力不足的问题，允许各地区都自行招聘警务辅助人员辅助警察执法。文职辅警：属于非执法岗位，参照考公务员的方式招聘，工资待遇参照事业编发放。工作职责是负责协助公安机关“非执法岗位警察”从事行政管理、技术支持、后勤警务保障等工作。勤务辅警：属于辅助执法岗位。主要工作是协助正式编内警察开展执法执勤工作或勤务活动。需要经常出外勤，也就是日常中我们比较常见的辅警工作者。
一、警察的职责是：
1、预防、制止和侦查违法犯罪活动；
2、防范、打击恐怖活动；
3、维护社会治安秩序，制止危害社会治安秩序的行为；
4、管理交通、消防、危险物品；
5、维护边境地区的治安秩序。警察的义务是：服从命令、听从指挥，依法履职尽责，坚决完成任务。
二、辅警政审主要审：
有下列情形之一的，不予聘用：
1、受过刑事处罚或者治安管理处罚的;
2、有犯罪嫌疑尚未查清或正在被政法机关侦查、控制的;
3、曾被辞退或开除公职的;
4、直系血亲和对本人有重大影响的旁系血亲中有被判处死刑或者正在服刑(含缓刑)的;
5、直系血亲和对本人有重大影响的旁系血亲在境内外从事颠覆我国政权活动的;
政审不合格的，从面试成绩合格的人员中按高分到低分的顺序依次递补。
法律依据：《公安机关辅警管理条令》第五条辅警不具有人民警察身份，必须在公安机关及其人民警察的指挥和监督下开展警务辅助工作。辅警依法履行职责的行为受法律保护，相关法律后果由其所属公安机关承担。
