释义	法律分析：遗赠抚养协议是遗赠人与抚养人为明确遗赠与抚养的权利义务关系而订立的协议。双方签订遗赠抚养协议后，应当按照协议的内容履行各自的权利义务。赡养人一方不履行协议的，遗赠人可以撤销赠与。但是，已经公证的，具有法律效力。当事人必须向人民法院起诉撤销协议，经法院审理判决后方可撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十八条自然人可以与继承人以外的组织或者个人签订遗赠扶养协议。按照协议，该组织或者个人承担该自然人生养死葬的义务，享有受遗赠的权利。
