专利年费缴纳方式：专利年费用可以直接向专利局缴纳，也可以通过邮局汇付。：一、向专利局缴纳的费用应当写明正确的申请号、费用名称简称及分项金额，未写明的视为未办理缴费手续。二、未按时缴纳年费或者缴纳数额不足的，可在年费期满之日起六个月内补缴，同时缴纳滞纳金；补缴时间在超过规定期限但不足一个月时，不缴纳滞纳金。我国专利法规定：专利权人应当自被授予专利权的当年开始缴纳年费。法律依据《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十三条 专利权人应当自被授予专利权的当年开始缴纳年费。
