释义	法律分析: 《保障农民工工资支付条例》已经2019年12月4日国务院第73次常务会议通过，现予公布，自2020年5月1日起施行。法律依据: 《保障农民工工资支付条例》第一条为了规范农民工工资支付行为，保障农民工按时足额获得工资，根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》及有关法律规定，制定本条例。第二条保障农民工工资支付，适用本条例。本条例所称农民工，是指为用人单位提供劳动的农村居民。本条例所称工资，是指农民工为用人单位提供劳动后应当获得的劳动报酬。
