释义	法律分析：赠送和赠与都将财产无偿送给他人。但是，还是有区别的，主要看交付与否。赠送一般是指即时交付，不可撤销。赠与则不一样，在实际交付给对方之前，一般情况下是可以撤销的。这就是赠送与赠与的区别。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
