释义	法律分析：公安消防队扑救火灾完全属于义务行为，不向发生火灾的单位、个人收取任何费用。其他专职消防队、义务消防队参加扑救外单位火灾，也只是依照规定补偿因实施该消防行为而所损耗的燃料、灭火剂和器材、装备等，并不收取费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消防法》第十七条县级以上地方人民政府消防救援机构应当将发生火灾可能性较大以及发生火灾可能造成重大的人身伤亡或者财产损失的单位，确定为本行政区域内的消防安全重点单位，并由应急管理部门报本级人民政府备案。
