合同草签合同网签的区别有：草签一般由当事人约定，面对面签订，网签是当事人根据网上公示的商品房定金协议或买卖合同文本协商拟定相关条款，由房地产开发企业通过网上签约系统，打印协议或合同；网签后需要到房地产相关部门进行备案，并公布，草签只需双方达成合意即可。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十四条 合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定；没有规定的，可以根据其性质参照适用本编规定。
