法律分析：一般情况下没有补偿，事业单位改革变企业后工资应当不变，劳动者和用人单位协商一致的可以变更，用人单位不得非法拖欠和克扣劳动者的合法工资；
劳动者与用人单位因工资支付发生劳动争议的，当事人可依法向劳动争议仲裁机关申请仲裁。对仲裁裁决不服的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。
事业单位转企业后，原事业编制人员自动转为企业编制。
法律依据：《工资支付暂行条例》 第四条 工资支付主要包括：工资支付项目、工资支付水平、工资支付形式、工资支付对象、工资支付时间以及特殊情况下的工资支付。
