释义	法律分析：公司注册后不可以在异地经营,如果经营地点为异地的,需要到工商局变更营业执照,并提交新住所使用证明。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第二十九条公司变更住所的，应当在迁入新住所前申请变更登记，并提交新住所使用证明。公司变更住所跨公司登记机关辖区的，应当在迁入新住所前向迁入地公司登记机关申请变更登记；迁入地公司登记机关受理的，由原公司登记机关将公司登记档案移送迁入地公司登记机关。
