释义	异地经营是违法的。如果公司的实际经营地与注册地址不一致就属于异地经营，这个时候应当将公司营业执照上的注册地址变更为实际经营地址，否则就可能会面临工商部门的罚款。法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第二十九条规定，公司变更住所的，应当在迁入新住所前申请变更登记，并提交新住所使用证明。公司变更住所跨公司登记机关辖区的，应当在迁入新住所前向迁入地公司登记机关申请变更登记；迁入地公司登记机关受理的，由原公司登记机关将公司登记档案移送迁入地公司登记机关。
