企业年金是什么意思 |

对于我们来讲，企业年金就是我们的养老钱，企业年金制度就是关于我们养老的一种制度。企业年金交给谁来运作，关系到我们的养老钱是否能安全地增值。将来我们要养老的时候，能不能得到充足的养老资金，与这些机构能不能安全地管理我们的企业年金有很大关系。可以说，企业年金与我们每个人都息息相关。
国家基本养老、企业补充养老和个人储蓄性养老是养老体系的三大支柱，其中企业补充养老就是我们所讲的企业年金，但两者还有一定的不同。
准确地讲，企业年金是企业在参加基本养老保险的基础之上、在国家政策的指导下、根据自身经济实力和经济状况建立的，旨在为企业职工提供一定程度退休收入保障的补充性养老制度。企业年金既不是社会基本养老保险，也不同于现有的商业保险，它是企业管理制度的组成部分，企业通过合法、合规地建立企业年金，建立长效的人员机制，提高员工忠诚度，为企业保留优秀人才，促进社会和谐、稳定地发展。
建立企业年金需要具备三个基本条件。首先是该企业已经依法参加基本养老保险并履行缴费义务;其次就是企业自身应具备一定的经济负担能力;第三，由于最终的年金需要通过职工代表大会讨论通过并报备劳动和社会保障部门，因此企业还必须建立有集体协商机制。
企业年金有别于传统的补充养老保险，是按照信托模式，一个企业年金将涉及到受托人、托管人、账户管理人和管理人共4个角色。
