释义	法律分析：并且规定试用岗位的条件和要求,如果试用期满,决定正式录用,就要签订劳动合同,期限按试用期的规定签订半年、一年、三年或无固定期限。如果没有签订试用期的合同,到时单方面解除彼此存在过的事实劳动关系,用人单位要对劳动者进行赔偿。工作不满一年,要赔偿一年的工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
